The Central Virginia RLS Support Group goes online!

Hello to all:

As many of you know, the Central Virginia Restless Legs Syndrome Support Group started in 1998 as part of the Sleep Clinic for Children and Adults' Christian Ministry.

Information about RLS is rapidly growing and our monthly meetings do not allow us to keep up with all the interesting and important new discoveries. Thus we are adding an online feature and will be using other "social media" tools.

We are currently reading about medications used to treat restless legs syndrome. The articles are listed on the blog. For a direct link please go to www.sleepclinicforchildrenandadults.com
